As first-time buyers, we had some clue of what we were doing, but Jerome filled in all the gaps and never once made us feel silly for asking basic questions. He’d break things down so clearly it was like having a friend in the industry walk us through it step by step — no jargon, no rushing us, just straight answers we could understand. Beyond that, he genuinely put together the right team around us and made sure every piece of the process clicked into place. It never felt like he was just trying to close a deal — it felt like he actually had our backs and wanted us to end up in the right house, not just a house. If you’re buying your first home (or your fifth) and want someone who’ll explain everything, answer every text, and genuinely look out for you, Jerome is that guy.
