She is a fabulous communicator throughout the whole process and made sure we were getting what we wanted and went out of her way to make sure we found what we were looking for. When it came time for putting an offer on the table and putting together a counter offer, she explained the process very clearly and helped us come up with the best plan to land the property. She has even went out of her way to cater to our needs as we live over 4 hours from the property we were buying.
