Katy did an awesome job with our buying process and put our wants/needs on the top of her list as she was looking in the area for what we wanted. She is a fabulous communicator throughout the whole process and made sure we were getting what we wanted and went out of her way to make sure we found what we were looking for. When it came time for putting an offer on the table and putting together a counter offer, she explained the process very clearly and helped us come up with the best plan to land the property. Katy made this a fun process and has went above and beyond with the process and made the whole process easy for us. She has even went out of her way to cater to our needs as we live over 4 hours from the property we were buying.
