Tim was very helpful when it came to looking for our first home. Anything we wanted to look at, he was more than willing to show us and got a showing set up promptly. When it came to the negotiation process, Tim truly represented us. After a week of negotiation, the sellers went back to the original price; Tim sent the purchase agreement with our last offer in anyways and they accepted it. A hail storm came through shortly after the purchase agreement was signed. He made sure all the repairs got done before closing. A week before closing, the appraisal came in $1,200 lower than the purchase price. Tim (along with our loan officer) really put the pressure on the seller and got them to lower the price by $1,200. Saved us a house payment and then some! Tim truly worked in our favor. We couldn't be happier. We love our new home! We appreciate everything Tim has done for us and definitely would hire him again in the future.

He was very responsive during the entire process. Todd is very knowledgeable and gave us good advice on how to make our house more marketable. He also used a very talented photographer to get good quality pictures of our home. I highly recommend Todd!
