After a week of negotiation, the sellers went back to the original price; Tim sent the purchase agreement with our last offer in anyways and they accepted it. A hail storm came through shortly after the purchase agreement was signed. He made sure all the repairs got done before closing. A week before closing, the appraisal came in $1,200 lower than the purchase price. Tim (along with our loan officer) really put the pressure on the seller and got them to lower the price by $1,200. Saved us a house payment and then some! Tim truly worked in our favor. We couldn't be happier. We love our new home! We appreciate everything Tim has done for us and definitely would hire him again in the future.
