We’ve sold several homes but, never with so many moving parts as this one. Lauren provided positive but, realistic action steps to complete our sale to include head winds of reroofing and framing work, fielded three full offers but, from three different types of buyers, move in and out dates, all aspects readying the home. Lauren maintained a clear open channel communication with us, the buyers, sellers of our new home in a out state location, real estate reps and coordinated all administrative work cleanly. This was a thirty day listing request for sale of the property in a short time frame. Lauren accomplished our “Goal”. Working with relatives can be a difficult task. Lauren managed the process professionally providing clear information on Action Steps, Expectations and Offer Considerations. Actually to the extent she helped with moving. Lauren made sure she was in control of the process keeping us on track to reach our “Goal “.
