I have used Nicholas for 3 real estate transactions because he is the hardest working agent I have worked with. For this house, he arranged to have it cleaned, painted, and repaired at a very reasonable cost so I didn’t have to figure it out myself. He even held an open house in a snowstorm! 10/10

I did not want to go with someone new to the area. Susan is gracious, prompt and very very patient. We did everything on line.
