Mark and Susan helped me sell a house several years ago so I wanted their help this time in selling a lot. They are old Anoka residents, as am I, so they know the area. They are well-known in Anoka. I did not want to go with someone new to the area. Susan is gracious, prompt and very very patient. We did everything on line. I felt comfortable using her services a second time and the sale went well. In both transactions Mark and Susan have been extra helpful.

Susan was absolutely wonderful...she explained things thoroughly and if there were questions we were on the phone contacting Cesar, Loan Consultant, for Prosperity Mortgage to help....she went above and beyond when my options were becoming less and time was ticking....Mark was wonderful for filling in on showings when Susan wasn't available.....greatly appreciate all Susan and the Freeburg Team helped me with on this journey of first time home buying....I would recommend Susan and Mark and their team of experts for your home purchase/sell....Thanks Susan and Mark....so Grateful...Sheila

I’ve been working with the Freeburgs for years and have referred them to family and friends. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help in one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make in your life! Mark and Susan will always be my realtor agents as long as they’re in the business. If I can help it so will anyone I know! The absolute best and trusted!!

I was in the market for a downtown condo, after meeting with Mark for about 15 minutes he was able to determine the kind of property that would interest me. Mark is a great listener; he is responsive and has a vast knowledge of the real estate market. I was travelling during most of the process, Mark was in constant contact and was very instrumental in helping me close the transaction. Mark is a great realtor and a very nice person that cares about his clients’ needs. He is the best realtor that I have worked with, I highly recommend him.

I truly can not recommend Mark enough! I was going through my first home buying process and he really took the time to help me every step of the way. Wonderful person and amazing realtor!
