Justin was absolutely wonderful to work with! He went above and beyond to help us prepare our home for selling. He was at our home lending a hand during the final days before listing. We appreciate him outlining the steps for us to take to thoughtfully prepare our home for selling. He is well connected and resourceful. On the buying side, we appreciate his broad knowledge and efficiency. Justin’s background in lending was immensely helpful. We feel so fortunate to have found a new home that we love to accommodate our growing family. Overall Justin is not only a wonderful realtor, but he’s a great person and we look forward to staying in touch with him.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Brad was great and extremely knowledgeable. I've already recommended him to several friends. A very nice person as well. He definitely went above and beyond for me.
