He was so thorough with researching the comparables in our area and knew the market extremely well. When it came time to list he pulled out all the stops, coordinated a virtual tour & high level professional photography, organized a stager to review the home and even scheduled a painter to professionally paint one of our rooms. All this was within a week and a half so we could list our home quickly to make sure we hit the fall sales season. When the offers came in he was so helpful and ready to answer our questions. Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.
