Patrick did a great job. This was the first home my fiance and I purchased and Patrick made it smooth and easy for us. Every time I tried to contact Patrick, he would answer his phone or reply to me within the hour. He was quick, honest and paid close attention to details. I would highly recommend him!

When it came time to negotiate I was very confident in Karen’s skills of communicating with the other agents and she handled all of the details making sure it ALL went smoothly. Working with Karen was a great experience all around. She is very passionate about finding a home that fits her clients style and goes the extra mile to search for it. She will keep you focused and stay optimistic even if it takes a while to find the “one”!! I would highly recommend Karen to anyone needing to buy or sell a house knowing they would be 100% satisfied and thank me personally.
