Not only did he make the referral that was instrumental in selling our oceanfront cottage in Cannon Beach, Oregon, but he also went above and beyond helping us buy our lake home while we were still in Cannon Beach. He made multiple trips to the lake house that we ultimately bought, gave us video tours of it, pausing and answering questions about every room, zooming in and out to help us get a better sense of the property and its amenities for all three of its buildings. This allowed me to know when I could access the property as I did some light painting and other items. Since my house got listed in the Fall and the market was cooling off overall, I consulted with Lane on reducing the price on MLS. He gave me a good suggestion to not drop too much. I managed to get a solid offer shortly thereafter. All the paperwork was processed electronically. Lane has a good system in place to handle the whole process quickly.
