When looking for homes he helped out choosing the right one. He pointed out the defects of the house and how it could affect me and my family in the long run. Everytime wanted to look at homes I would give him a list and we would be able to go visit those homes. He also helped to reduce the price I had to pay. Overall best experience for the first time and happy with my purchase.

I have worked with MaryAlice twice once as a buyer and another time as a seller. Both times have been pleasant and successful. MaryAlice has many years of experience and is very knowledgable. She was able to provide us with valuable advice through out our buying and selling processes. Moreover MaryAlice was available every time we needed her advice and was very attentive to our effort. If I need to buy or sell again I would definitely ask MaryAlice for help.
