Jess is one of the best realtors out there!! I wasn’t selling my own home, but my mother’s home following her passing, and on top of that, I live 1,500 miles away. From our first connection to closing day, Jess had me totally taken care of. Her calm demeanor, knowledge of the market, confidence in the process even when our first offer fell thru was insanely helpful. With the wrong representation, it could have been extra stressful, but Jess was with me along the entire way and I trusted and really leaned into ALL her guidance. Besides being amazing at real estate, she is truly one of the most authentic and engaging humans out there. Five stars, highly recommend Jess!!

We were completely impressed with Larry and his team on each step of the process of selling our home! Keep in mind, I knew we could sell our house on our own, and were thinking about doing that, but when we started talking to Larry (through a friend referral), we were so impressed with his strategy and the process that we took the risk. I am a very picky and critical evaluator so it takes a lot for me to write a review and give such a high rating. Larry is an educator, marketer and strategist and works with a high level of integrity. He listened to our wants yet also advised us. There were so many times I was tempted to change something about the process or the price and in the end Larry was right. We trusted him and were able to get top dollar for our home which was significantly over asking price! His response time was very quick and he never made us feel like a bother (although we called probably way too many times!) For anyone who is not sure a realtor is worth their commission, I would recommend you at least call Larry. He won't pressure you into a contract and will work with you.

Corey was great to work with and has his clients best interest at heart. He knows the area very well and goes above and beyond for each client! He checked in on me frequently throughout the closing process and made sure I had everything I needed.

She prepared competitive prices quickly and she met us at the property to gather pertinent information. Her write-up of the property was designed to draw buyer’s attention and she hit all the highlights. She also had professional aerial pictures taken by drone. Our ad was posted quickly and we had a buyer and a viable offer in less than a week, along with a back-up offer. We were very pleased with the results.
