We've bought & sold a number of homes, so for us a realtor's responsiveness is #1, & Jennifer's responsiveness IS #1! Her process knowledge is tremendously important to us, as our lender dropped the ball a bit. Her attention to detail wound up saving us almost $1K! We already knew the area, so couldn't really judge her on that (default to 4) As far as negotiation skills, we feel pretty confident in our own, so, again, default to 4. She has been a joy to work with, and we recommend her to anyone searching for a kind, responsive, "with it" realtor!
