Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Lynn guided me perfectly through the whole selling process and did everything possible to get the best outcome. He is very well connected which is very helpful. Lynn went above and beyond to get the best results for my sale. He is extremely professional but beyond that he is a very nice person.

Mike is a trusted partner, friend and support system while selling our home. I cannot thank him enough for helping us navigate the process. He was extremely present, accessible and on top of every detail!

Mike was very integral to our home buying process. He guided us through what was a hectic process and made sure that our intentions were communicated to the seller properly. He treated us with respect and kindness. His advice were spot on when looking at houses and made sure that we were able to get the best possible outcome in the process. On our closing day, we were in an accident on the way to the title company, Mike made sure that we were safe and came to the site of the accident and got us to the destination. The man knows his job and he does it extremely well. Thank you for making the process a little easier for us.

Sarah was highly recommended by family members who had used her in the past. My experience is that she was very, very knowledgeable and knew the market well. She worked very hard at staging my mom's condo for showings and photos (not easy because condo was in need of rehab). She wrote a great listing. She answered my questions and gave me guidance when needed. She replied immediately every time I contacted her. We cannot recommend Nick enough!  Throughout the entire process, he was patient, supportive, and made home buying enjoyable, judgment-free, and exciting. When we felt discouraged ( because we were picky 🙄) , Nick helped us stay hopeful and reminded us that the right home was out there. Thanks to his dedication, we finally found our forever home. Nick was also amazing with our two-year-old son, Jamie. While my husband and I talked through homes and plans, Jamie always loved spending time with Nick. It meant so much to work with someone who genuinely cared about our whole family. Nick didn't just help us buy a house, he helped us find our home. We are incredibly grateful and will recommend him to everyone we know. If we ever needed another realtor, Nick would be our first call.
