He would reach out with timely updates and introduce considerations so that we could weigh out decisions with wisdom based upon our priorities--which he always honored so respectfully. He always informed us to empower us and was never pressuring or cajoling. He also rolled up his sleeves to help get things done with a smile on his face--there are countless things he helped us with that I don't think most realtors would even think to do.
