They did an excellent job. They gave us accurate advice on pricing, helped us stage the home and actively marketed the home. They followed up with buyer's brokers to obtain feedback and kept us informed. They then helped us to evaluate offers. Once the home inspection was completed, they put us in touch with trades people who could timely and economically make the repairs. We give them our unqualified highest recommendation.

I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had Katie as my realtor. She was incredibly patient with me as I slowly got the ball rollin' with home improvements after my divorce (I mean waiting a few MONTHS for me). This was my first time selling a house and she was the best guide and advocate one could ask for. Plus, she was understanding and supportive, too - and even was a grounding force when I sometimes felt like the world was swallowing me whole during the selling process. A few days before my closing, she also did a VERY generous last act of reducing her already VERY fair commission even more because of my situation... I could go on and on, but I'll just leave it as if you're looking to buy or sell a home, I couldn't recommend Katie enough!
