Carlee is an incredible agent and I could not recommend her more. She took all of the stress out of what I expected to be a high stress decision. She is super personable and made the experience of buying a home so much fun. She is driven and works so hard to make sure you are happy in your new home. Carlee is truly an expert in her field and was able to help me with any question I had. Her knowledge of the industry and the area were beyond impressive. Her communication skills are impeccable and it was never difficult getting in touch with her. I am truly lucky that I had the opportunity to work with Carlee and I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future. I cannot emphasize enough how great she was. I would have been completely lost without her.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.
