Whether it was estimating the cost of repairs we didn’t even realize a house might need, pointing out things we should watch for during a showing, or helping us understand what a house might realistically require after we moved in, his knowledge and experience were invaluable. We looked at everything from houses that needed a ton of work to brand-new construction, and Tim never pressured us toward any particular house just to get a deal done. He was an advocate for us throughout the entire process and wanted to make sure we ended up with a home that was actually right for us. He was always quick to respond, easy to talk to, and willing to answer every question we threw at him (sorry, Tim).
