I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

This is the second time we've listed an existing home and bought a new one with "Fletch". If you're looking for knowledge, service, expertise, and general all around "Good Guy", Brett is your man. Brett is a true real estate professional! He has his people to help with the process, be it a handyman to mortgage people. His rolodex of contacts were equally as good as he is. I'd use Brett again. Highly Recommended!!!
