Shane sold our townhome in a down market and played a key role in finding our current home. The home we purchased was a short sale and during the entire process Shane's ability to communicate consistently, clearly and frequently took away a lot of the stress of home buying. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had Katie as my realtor. He made the home shopping and purchasing experience much more enjoyable than I have experienced in the past and I will use his services again if/when I purchase another home.
