Working with Kim and the Centric Homes Team was such an AMAZING experience, and they went above and beyond my expectations. From the very first conversation we had, we felt heard and extremely supported. Kim was incredibly proactive and hands on throughout our search for our dream home and in the selling of our house. They made sure there was a solution and plan every step of the way. We never felt like we were doing this alone which I am so grateful for. This was a team that fought for us and made sure that we were taken care of and set up for success in our home buying process, selling process and they made sure we took into account what living in our future house would be like. They asked questions that really made us expand our minds, boundaries, and truly think on our future goals and needs. This wasn't just a transaction. This was way more than that to both Kim and ourselves - there was so much care, consideration and hard work that she and her team put into this. They really got to know us, our family, our goals, what we wanted in our future, how we wanted our future to flow and they helped make it happen. I never thought in my wildest dreams that my family and I would have our dream home, and Kim and the Centric Homes team made that happen. I know that there was SO much more behind the scenes that we had no clue about, but they made the process look and feel seamless to us. There truly aren't enough words or the right words to express our gratitude for Kim and her team. I have never had an experience like this with such exceptional care and support. Kim made our whole house buying and selling experience as low stress as we could have possibly dreamed for. She helped us with our house hunting process in ways that we didn't expect but really needed and thus helping us find our dream home. She helped stage our house that allowed for us to get a full ask offer in a challenging housing market and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results and how she handled everything. Saying she went above and beyond is a gross understatement. Even when going through the closing process, there were things happening on the buyers end that we didn't need to know at the time but she kept us in the loop for what we needed but shielded us from things we couldn't control and would only stress about. She gave us the perfect amount of proactive communication and was always willing to answer whatever questions we had while never hiding any information. We would 100% use her again if we ever needed an agent and cannot recommend her and her team enough!
