Brace, and his staff, Erik, Cindy etc, are thoroughly professional. Everything they do, is as promised, and to the letter. Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend. We are very pleased with everything that his team did for us, and would heartily recommend them for any real estate transaction. I saw them first hand and in action, because they were the listing agents for my son's home in Bearpath in Eden Prairie. They did a fabulous job, and the house was sold for 1.3 million. We cannot recommend Nick enough!  Throughout the entire process, he was patient, supportive, and made home buying enjoyable, judgment-free, and exciting. When we felt discouraged ( because we were picky 🙄) , Nick helped us stay hopeful and reminded us that the right home was out there. Thanks to his dedication, we finally found our forever home. Nick was also amazing with our two-year-old son, Jamie. While my husband and I talked through homes and plans, Jamie always loved spending time with Nick.
