I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

Your level of expertise, dedication and willingness to go extra mile in helping people actualize their dream home are amazing.

As an investor, Troy has helped me purchase 20 properties and sell 12 at profit. The other 8 were purchased as cash flow rentals. More important, he suggested that I did not purchase properties that might not fit my program and forgone the commission.

I've moved dozens of time so have used, sometimes just endured, lots of realtors, so I have a good perspective here. Jason (and Tiffany behind) the scenes have been exemplary, extremely competent, personable, attendant to my concerns (accepting idiosyncracies in my wishes with only judicious expressions of caution), generous with their time. When I thought, for example, i couldn't get a mattress delivered soon, Jason offed to lend me an air mattress. When I got to the house there was a care package of the dozen or so things you need but forget the first day, a huge cookie saying 'Welcome Home Andy,' and an equally sized pizza. They know the town and who in it can help with things. Jason worked well with an unusually finicky inspector, not defensive, always focused on my needs. It's like having an old friend or a brother helping you make difficult decisions, making you feel welcome, critiquing choices and wishes tactfully and helpfully. And all this, from a practiced curmudgeonly octogenarian who's galactically hard to please in any area at all.

Arika was very Helpful and Friendly. Had a great knowledge of the area. She was always available to help, no matter the issue. Would definitely use again if I needed to. She made the process very enjoyable.
