Ruth was wonderful to work with and took time and made sure the sellers fixed everything on the inspection report from the big items to the paint chips. She always responded to all my text messages timely and I felt like we were in it together even when things were not going according to plan.

Deana was excellent! We ran into every small problem that can happen. She ended up fixing most of it before we even knew it was a problem. I would recommend her to anyone! Editing to add: This is the third house I've purchased, each with a different realtor in very different locations. This is the first time that I understood what fees I was being charged before closing and why. I asked so many questions and Deana answered EVERY single one.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Justin was absolutely wonderful to work with! He went above and beyond to help us prepare our home for selling. He was at our home lending a hand during the final days before listing. We appreciate him outlining the steps for us to take to thoughtfully prepare our home for selling. He is well connected and resourceful. On the buying side, we appreciate his broad knowledge and efficiency. Justin’s background in lending was immensely helpful. We feel so fortunate to have found a new home that we love to accommodate our growing family. Overall Justin is not only a wonderful realtor, but he’s a great person and we look forward to staying in touch with him.
