When we multiple bids, she explained carefully the value of the waiver of the inspection and appraisal contingency, which guided us to accept the best bid for us. In contrast, a neighbor who was selling through another agent seemed unaware of how much the appraisal contingency would cost him as he had unrealistic expectations for the appraisal value of his property. Moneywise, she got us our highest value and timewise, the least hassle. In summary, she is incredibly competent, extremely responsive and a joy to work with. She exceeded our expectations in every way.
