We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off. She’s been an agent for 20 years and I can see why she’s the best in the business, she sure knows her stuff. She was always very quick to respond to a text message and keeping us very well informed on every process we were going through on both buying and selling the two houses.
