She never made us feel rushed or pressured and was always willing to work around our schedule and answer all of our questions. When we finally found our forever home, Casi moved quickly to put together our offer, which helped us get our offer in front of the sellers first. Once we were under contract, she continued to look out for us and negotiated an incredible deal, including a new roof! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Colorado Front Range area and the communities within it. Since we were looking for a larger property with acreage, having a realtor who understood things like wells, septic systems, outbuildings, land, and all the other details that come with rural properties was extremely important to us. Casi knew what to look for, asked the right questions, and helped us navigate things that we wouldn’t have known to consider on our own. She also connected us with an amazing finance guy, which made the whole process that much easier. We always felt like Casi had our best interests in mind and genuinely cared about finding the right home for us, not just making a sale.
