Detailed information during the entire process
From the first interaction with Nick, he explained the process we were going to be going through. He gave us the facts and what to expect to see with the sales transaction. Also what and how much fixing to do on the house. He offered his insight when we received a couple of purchase offers. He made it a stress free experience.
