Michael Stotesbery was fantastic to work with. He got my places sold quickly with a brief bidding war so that it sold for more than asking price. Also, he was unbelievably helpful in coordinating any help I needed (cleaners, painters, stagers, etc - he gave me great contacts) and was the only agent I talked to who was very honest and practical in terms of what was worth spending money on and what wasn’t. If I’d listened to others, I would have spent a lot of unnecessary $ on updates. He’s very low key and easy to talk to. We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker.
