Meghan helped me sell my townhome (the same one she helped me buy!) in 2020. Prior to listing, she thoroughly explained what needed to be done and answered every question. Her knowledge and advice was greatly appreciated as I navigated listing my home in the middle of a pandemic, relocating to a new state, and navigating the holidays. Her responsiveness is unlike any other, especially in times of negotiation and urgent questions. I highly recommend Meghan and the McNamara Group!

He asked us what we were looking for in a house, asked the size, the bedrooms, the lot size we would like, if we wanted a big garage or not. What were our must haves and what didn’t bother us! He did an awesome job finding us the perfect house before it even went on market! I recommend him to all my friends and family. You won’t be disappointment as Eric your realtor. He went above and beyond many times for us and wouldn’t give up tell everything was were it needed to be. Good person to work with. Thank you Eric

Julie kept me informed through the entire process. We ran into some hurdles but she never wavered and included me in the game plan. At the end of the day we achieved the objective. It pays to have a experienced agent like Julie.
