Michael Stotesbery was fantastic to work with. He got my places sold quickly with a brief bidding war so that it sold for more than asking price. Also, he was unbelievably helpful in coordinating any help I needed (cleaners, painters, stagers, etc - he gave me great contacts) and was the only agent I talked to who was very honest and practical in terms of what was worth spending money on and what wasn’t.
