The things that stood out for me in regards to this agent, he was very patient, understanding, kind, very knowledgeable when it comes to point all things in a home that was old and would probably need to be fixed later down the line. He is a very honest man and that is the quality I like in a person when I’m doing business with them, you could tell that Tim has been in his business for very long time. I recommend if you’re needing a realtor reach out to Tim. He knows what he’s doing. We looked at several different houses before I found my forever home and I wanna thank him for everything that he has done to help my family and I get into this place.
