We had been in our home for almost 28 years and had no plans to sell. Gary and Terri told us how our house fit into the market at that time and we made a difficult decision to sell. Gary is widely recognized as one of the best in the business, so when it came time to buying our first home a few years ago, there was no question that my wife and I were going to contact Gary. He made buying a home a much more seamless and smooth process than I ever could have imagined. He is knowledgeable, very responsive, a great communicator, and a wonderful facilitator.
