John’s extensive industry knowledge ranges from residential sales, luxury estates, architecturally significant properties, new developments, multi-family and commercial/ multi family transactions. With a professional, yet friendly approach, John looks at every client relationship as a lifetime partnership. His ability to tenaciously negotiate on his client’s behalf is matched by having their best interests in mind every step of the way. His loyalty and commitment to his clients is unparalleled and as a resource, partner and guide, honesty and integrity is integral to his business. Prior to his career in real estate, John managed the Scott County Regional office for a market leading brokerage for nine years. He developed an extensive network with other real estate professionals in management and finance and has coached and trained hundreds of realtors. That experience not only gave him the ability to create indelible marketing strategies that elevate beyond the norm in the real estate industry, but helped him form the type of full-service approach to client care that is the foundation of his business. John graduated with a Masters Degree in Real Estate from The University of St. Thomas. He currently resides in Victoria on the Deer Run Golf Course. He can be seen cruising around in his custom JW RE Group golf cart with his amazing twin daughters who love to spend time golfing with Dad. John is an avid outdoorsmen, and enjoys hunting, fishing, archery and hosting friends, associated and clients at the Marsh Lake Hunt Club. John is a huge supporter of his community and a member of Victoria Lion’s Club, Victoria Chamber of Commerce, Victoria Planning Commission and leads a Firearm Safety Course at Cabin Fever Sporting Goods located in Victoria.

Above and beyond!

Outstanding right out of the starting gate to the fantastic finish line! John, Amanda, and the JW Real Estate team were so amazing to work with. The continuous open lines of communication, along with weekly performance reports on showings & reviews of our condo kept me engaged and in the loop throughout the entire process. John & Amanda go ABOVE and BEYOND, without hesitation as there was a TON they did behind the scenes that definitely did not go unnoticed. When you work with John & his team, you will feel like you're the only client they have - this shows how dedicated, devoted, and genuine they are. John was always VERY responsive to my questions, super professional, fun & super witty, and always placed our best interest in mind. As a first time buyer they made the process quick and easy helping me find the perfect house for my family. John, Amanda and Dan treated me as though I could afford a mansion even thought I was shopping for a starter house. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I'll be using them again when the time comes.
