With being a first time home buyer, I was quite picky with what I wanted and where I wanted to live. John and his team were very prompt in getting me set up online for my very own portal to view at my leisure. Daily updates were sent, which I was able to send prompt feedback to him & his team. After gathering 4-6 homes online, my first tour was set with John as an initial assessment. I was thoroughly impressed with the questions John asked during our tours, to help hone in my preferences and "deal breakers". From there John refined my portal with amenities, location, and price. We did a second round of tours but could not locate that specific house I wanted to buy and call mine long term. One evening John spent his own personal time to look and find 3 houses for me, that I did not consider up front. Ultimately, we found the perfect house for me and what I was looking for. John's ability to understand the customer, knowledge of the market, and extreme responsiveness made my experience absolutely perfect! Instead of being a "yes man" while I was shopping for a house, John would challenge my opinions in a very professional manner which helped me realize what I was looking for.
