This is my 4th real estate transaction with John and His team! Always helpful, always returns calls and has the answers to my many questions. I would recommend John and his team anytime you need a realtor.

I interviewed 4 realtors before I listed my home since my last experience was less than pleasant. I had a list of questions and John answered each question straight forward and even said, “did I answer all your questions?” I had a lengthy list! He presented the qualifications an excellent realtor should demonstrate to his client relationship. Integrity, honestly , just to name a couple. He discussed all 8. One realtor only talked about 2 but these were important to John. They were present in all of our dealings! He treated me like I was his only client. Returned calls promptly , if I was worried about something he said , “don’t worry I’ll take care of it”,and he did. And when I fell the day before closing and still had items in the garage John went to the garage before the 9 AM closing, loaded his truck and then deliver them to my new place! I couldn’t ask for a better realtor and I received the price I wanted and my house sold before it went to market!! I’m Italian and he hugs! What else can I ask for. You can’t go wrong with John and his team of office manager, Dan!

John and his team were superb to work with. Very helpful in providing direction and assisting with arrangements for contractors to get necessary work done in a timely fashion. Extremely responsive. Top Notch.

We have worked with John both on the selling and buying side. He is very experienced and very responsive. He has a large list of resources to help prepare a home for selling as well as repairs after a purchase. Our two adult children and their spouses have also used John and plan to use him again in the future.

My wife and I owned a rental and it looked the part after five years of renters. When we made the decision to sell, I called John, his team advised on various projects that needed to be done, paint, counter tops, flooring, appliances, etc... John said we could do as much or as little as we felt was necessary but pushed us to do more if we wanted a good return on our investments. He and his team made sure our questions were answered and our expectations were managed. We sold for more than we asked on the first day! We will use John again! We cannot say enough good things about John. We had only a short period of time to find what we wanted, and this was in the middle of a Minnesota winter! John took us to every house we had picked out, in freezing weather. We would refer John Wichmann and his team in a minute. Seriously, they are the best. We’ve since had to sell that house and move to warmer weather. They sold our house and did that with style too. It was on the market for a very short time. They really know their business. Recommend 5 stars.

John and his team were very knowledgeable from giving me professional staging advice to professional photography. when I had questions, he or anyone in his office were always pleasant to work with.

John helped us prepare to sell by bringing in a stager to help make our home attractive and and helping us coordinate any necessary repairs. He communicated on our behalf with all of the agents and inspectors, and coached us through every stage. Our home was listed and sold within 24 hours and the whole process was easy and painless with minimum effort on our end. He is truly a full service agent and runs an amazing agency, he is worth every penny in a market saturated by agents who don't always work for their fee.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about John and his team. From start to finish John was the best realtor we have ever worked with. Purchasing a home can be such a stressful experience but John and his team made the entire process feel seamless.
