I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

Erik did a fabulous job helping me sell our home. The circumstances were a bit unusual, but Erik took care of everything. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him if you are wanting to buy or sell a home. Thanks Erik!
