Mike reached out to me early on in my home buying experience, before I really understood the process to come. He quickly began to inform me of the procedures ahead and effectively communicated the steps to take and how to complete them. We met weekly, usually at home tours. I found Cory to be very professional in all aspects of selling our house from the initial appraisal to the closing. His market analysis was in line with what other homes in the area were selling. We had some health issues in regard to moving which necessitated solving some problems that were not necessarily within the scope of what an agent would be expected to do. We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off. She’s been an agent for 20 years and I can see why she’s the best in the business, she sure knows her stuff. She was always very quick to respond to a text message and keeping us very well informed on every process we were going through on both buying and selling the two houses.
