I have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 with Mai Vang. She is very knowledgable and experienced! In the buying and especially in the selling business, you need a really strong, confident, and competent realtor! Mai was truly the agent that has all of that! Don't forget her willingness to accommodate showing schedules, her advice on and knowledge on home conditions, offers, and her guidance was all beyond excellent. Brandon is an excellent realtor and I would recommend using him for all of your real estate transactions. Brandon helped us purchase acreage that will allow us to be build a new home in the country. Brandon also listed our home and brought in 3 offers that were all above list price. He is very attentive to detail and did an excellent job showing our home and marketing our home so that we could maximize our sale price. When we received the offers he went through each offer and explained the difference and then offered advice on what would be our best offer to accept.

It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.
