Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Brace, and his staff, Erik, Cindy etc, are thoroughly professional. Everything they do, is as promised, and to the letter. Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend. We are very pleased with everything that his team did for us, and would heartily recommend them for any real estate transaction. I saw them first hand and in action, because they were the listing agents for my son's home in Bearpath in Eden Prairie. They did a fabulous job, and the house was sold for 1.3 million. Michelle was phenomenal to work with throughout the home buying process! She always had our back and helped us advocate for the things we needed & wanted. She really wanted us as first time home buyers to understand all the different aspects that go into buying a house and she did a great job coaching us through it.
