Elizabeth and Aidan went over and above to help me with the sale of my family home this year. They had excellent recommendations for upgrades to make my home more attractive to buyers, presented the market comparables very clearly and in the end we received a very good sale price. I was living in another state during the sale and they looked after the home for me and even helped with coordination of trades workers and moving my staging furniture prior to closing, They were also a big help in finding vendors and tradespeople for the upgrades, and window and interior cleaners. I can't say enough about how helpful they were given my situation. Elizabeth was also very good at communicating regularly and making clear decisions about initial pricing and price adjustments based on the market conditions. Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Lisa was wonderful every step of the way, from pricing and staging my town home, to marketing and facilitating the closing. She is amazing!

I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

Stefanie went above and beyond to help me find my first home. From the first showing to closing, she always one step ahead and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Steve was amazing throughout the process of helping us sell our home. There were points where as sellers we had lots of questions or concerns with how the process was going and Steve always had answers and gave insights into how the market was acting and provided advice for how to react to the various items during that popped up.
