It was like a miracle sale! When we were working on painting the house, Lisa called us and said that we needed to get the house listed in a couple of days. She said she may have found a buyer. To make a long story short, the buyer accepted our counteroffer within a FEW days of the listing date. Not only did he make the referral that was instrumental in selling our oceanfront cottage in Cannon Beach, Oregon, but he also went above and beyond helping us buy our lake home while we were still in Cannon Beach.
