We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family. We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work. Once I hired Aubrey She immediately began getting my home ready for the market including taging, painting portions of the homes interior, and pressure washing parts of the homes exterior that needed attention. These are all things the previous realtor did not do.  The key for Aubrey is her utilization of unique marketing strategies and home prepping techniques that many other agents don’t do or do at the sellers expense! She has that ability to think outside the box and do whatever it takes to get your home sold! I cannot say enough positive regarding the services that Aubrey provided and I would highly recommend her services to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Lisa was a wonderful realtor to work with for first time home buyers. She made us feel comfortable and ensured that we understood the process every step of the way. It was so much fun to go into homes with her; she made the experience very personable. She would often point out and notice certain things that we wouldn't have thought of or considered otherwise. Her knowledge on what to look for, the process, and how to move forward if we hit a road bump took a lot of weight off our shoulders! She was also great at keeping our best interests in mind and advocating our needs to the other side. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to share our first experience as homebuyers with! Mark is amazing! We were first home buyers as we had been living in the city in apartments for many years. Mark walked us through every step and made us feel extremely comfortable.
