I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

*Were able to get a home under contract in a competitive seller's market * The seller paid $5,550 towards our closing costs!! * Through tough negotiations and strong strategy we were able to get the cash to fix a potential assessment of $1500.00 on top of the $5550 we already received. * The process was seamless, organized and had strong communication throughout the whole team (realtor, lender, inspector, etc.) * When we needed a quote from a contractor Lauren was able to provide multiple referrals and have this handled quickly. * 1st offer and was accepted! Lauren made it easy with fast communication. Throughout the process she had us in the driver seat.

This is actually the second time that I have worked with Justin. The first time he helped me buy my home and this time he helped me sell my home. He has a ton of knowledge of his business and the entire home buying/selling process. When I was buying the home I was a first time home buyer and he did an awesome job explaining and walking me through the entire process. Again, this time when I sold my home he walked me through the entire process and explained how it would go. When we were selling we had some struggles and through the whole thing he remained calm and provided input when asked and needed. Justin is friendly and truly cares for his clients. I will definitely recommend Justin to any one I know looking to buy or sell a home.
