This is actually the second time that I have worked with Justin. The first time he helped me buy my home and this time he helped me sell my home. He has a ton of knowledge of his business and the entire home buying/selling process. When I was buying the home I was a first time home buyer and he did an awesome job explaining and walking me through the entire process. Again, this time when I sold my home he walked me through the entire process and explained how it would go. When we were selling we had some struggles and through the whole thing he remained calm and provided input when asked and needed. Justin is friendly and truly cares for his clients. I will definitely recommend Justin to any one I know looking to buy or sell a home.

Dan helped us with the selling of Tony's father's home after he passed away. We had an FHA pre-approved offer about a week after listing. Dan helped arranged contractors for the necessary repair items found during the FHA inspection and even helped with the meeting of the contractors, knowing we lived an hour away. Then about 2 weeks before closing, while we were on vacation, Dan called to inform us the buyer's financing had fallen through. Dan took the initiative to help him find a new lender, who did get the loan approved, and the closing was only delayed 7 days. All the "extras" to get us to closing were greatly appreciated.

Alyssa was incredibly responsive, kind, and a great guide through the whole homebuying experience. Whenever we had questions, she had answers. She was always quick to respond and had many great connections to help us get through the homebuying process smoothly.
