We had tried to sell our very unique house numerous times in the past 2-3 years. A few realtors, and once on our own, all of which produced little interest and no viable offers. Kirk came in with confidence and a plan driven by data points he had a firm grasp on. Everything from when to list and when to launch mini-marketing campigns to draw more interest. He was transparent and honest with us on all our questions. He was the main reason we secured a buyer to complete the sale of our house.

Mark is an excellent realtor. He knows what he's doing and he knows what not to do. He is professional and well mannered. He has a full life with a wife and children. He balances the two well. He gets excited about his responsibilities as a Realtor. He is caring and understanding. I was glad to have him representing me and leading the way to both a sale and a purchase of houses.

I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.
