Angie is a rockstar! I was referred by a friend who also had a great experience. We weren't actively looking, but when we came across a mid-century gem in an area we liked that was about to hit the market, we reached out. We scheduled a showing the very next day, made an offer, and it was accepted the day after. Angie helped us structure it so that it was a win for both sides, and it won out over a higher offer. We had to immediately put our current house on the market and get it sold and Angie handled the coordination of everything. Both houses closed on the same day. She went way above and beyond and helped put us in touch with a lender when mine wasn't available, handled every detail and question in a timely manner and we didn't have to stress about anything!
