Marc had been recommended highly by a family member who had bought a house through him. From the moment I first talked with him I could understand why Marc was so highly thought of. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He made a great first impression when he dropped was he was doing to meet with me and inspect the house. I was surprised at how much he knew about the neighborhood and what homes were selling for. I was also impressed with the people he knew for the estate sale and home clean up. The best part of dealing with Marc was how up front he was throughout the process. I felt like I was dealing with a lifelong friend who would give me honest opinions and advice. I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience.

His attentiveness and communication skills are phenomenal, which were critical factors for us in choosing an agent. He is highly knowledgeable of the market, local neighborhoods, and communities (this came in handy seeing as we moved here from out of state). We never felt rushed through any showing, paperwork, or any other part of the search/buying process. Marc gave us more than enough of his time to make sure we felt comfortable each step of the way. He also played an excellent devil's advocate and was fantastic when it came to negotiating our offer, having our best interest and goals in mind at all times. Finally, I should mention that we were carting around a 10 month old for most of the process and Marc couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating of that. :)
