I cannot express how amazing and helpful Maryanne was as my realtor as a first time homebuyer. We met by chance when I sent a request to see a property and she answered first to show it. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout this whole experience and was patient as I decided what I wanted and even switched gears completely on the type of property I wanted and the location. I think the most important thing that she exhibited, was understanding that this was a big moment in my life and not just another sale, so I greatly appreciated her being sensitive to my needs and wants as her client. She not only gave good advice, but has still been helpful and an resource as I've been getting work done on my new house. I can definitely see myself working with her in the future when I move and need to list my current home. I highly recommend her if you are looking in the Middlesex/Mercer county area!
